Shipping Charges:

• If the order value is less than 500 Rs then the shipping charge will be 49 Rs.
• If the order value is more than 500 Rs then there will be no shipping charge.

Delivery within India:

• We currently process orders for delivery within India only.
• Before shipping, we verify your shipping address, city, state, and pin code. If your address is not covered by our delivery partner's service, please provide an alternative address for delivery.
• We are not responsible for orders not delivered to addresses outside our delivery partner's service area.

Estimated Delivery Times:

• Most orders are delivered within 3-5 working days from the date of order received.
• During checkout, you will receive an estimated delivery period based on your location. Please note that these estimates are for guidance only.

Delivery Process:

We handle and package our products with care to ensure they reach you in pristine condition. Orders are processed for shipment within 1-3 business days after confirmation. Delivery typically takes 3-5 days in metro cities and 5-7 days in other cities across India.

Cancellations:

You can cancel your order before it's dispatched from our warehouse. Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible. For any cancellation or return queries, contact our customer care at decodesigngallery@gmail.com or WhatsApp. We reserve the right to inform you about any quantity shortfalls and may either supply a reduced quantity or cancel the order after notifying you.
