Eligible for Return under the Following Conditions:

  • ·Wrong Product Dispatched: If a wrong product is delivered, or if the received product does not match the item selected during order confirmation, it is eligible for return or exchange.
  • ·Quality or Manufacturing Defect: Products with identified quality or manufacturing defects upon receipt are eligible for return or exchange.
  • ·Damaged Product Received: Products received in a damaged condition are eligible for return or exchange. Please refrain from accepting any package that appears tampered or damaged upon delivery.

Conditions Not Eligible for Refund or Replacement:

  • ·Handmade Variations: All our products are handmade and unique. Slight variations in size, shape, and color tone are expected and should not be seen as defects. Therefore, requests for refund or replacement based solely on these variations will not be entertained.
  • ·Ceramic Product Characteristics: Our ceramic products are fired at ~1200 degrees Celsius for durability. Variations in size, shape, and color tone can occur due to this process.
  • ·Unboxing Video Requirement: We highly encourage customers to create an unboxing video as proof of any damage occurring during transit. This is necessary for refund or replacement requests related to transit damage.


Return Process:

  • ·Raise a Return Request.
  • ·Provide Details and Pictures: Submit 2 good quality picture or video of the received product clearly depicting the issue (damage/defect/incorrect product) along with your order details.
  • ·Review by Quality Assurance Team: Our Quality Assurance team will review the details and assess the eligibility of the return.
  • ·Return Request Status: You will receive an email or message within 2-3 days of submitting your request with pictures, informing you of the Return Request Status.
  • ·Arrange Reverse Pick-Up: If your Return Request is accepted, we will arrange a reverse pick-up for the product in question. This process typically takes 2-3 working days for organizing the pickup and 7-10 days for delivery to our warehouse.
  • ·Refund Process: Once the merchandise is back at our warehouse, the refund process will be initiated within 7 days of receiving it.
  • ·Refund Notification: You will be notified via email or message regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your bank account or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.


Terms & Conditions for Return:

  • Original Packaging and Condition: Products must be returned with the original packaging, including tags, barcodes, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, shipping labels (pasted on the packet), and invoice. Products should be unused and in the original condition.
  • Bank Account Details for Refund: Bank account details for NEFT transfer of refunds must be shared in writing, or an image of the cancelled cheque should be provided by the customer.
  • Quality Check and Resolution: Deco Design Gallery reserves the right to conduct a thorough quality check of the product before issuing a refund. Given the nature of our products, we reserve sole discretion to provide the resolution to any situation as we deem fit. Each return or exchange request is handled on a case-by-case basis, and we encourage you to contact our team for prompt resolution.

Order Replacements and Availability:

Order replacements will depend on the availability of the ordered item.

  • Unused and Intact Items: Items returned by customers should not be used, washed, altered, tampered with, or soiled. All original packing, tags, labels, manuals, leaflets, warranty/guarantee cards, accessories, freebies, etc., should be intact and placed in the package. The courier will not accept your item in absence of any of these.
  • Refund/Replacement/Exchange Process: Refund, replacement, or exchange will be initiated once we receive the item and pass it through the necessary quality checks

At Deco Design Gallery, we aim to ensure a seamless refund process for our customers. Please review the following guidelines regarding refunds, including timelines, refund methods, and specific policies.

  • If your item/items is/are damaged.
  • If your item has changed.

General Refund Process:

Timeline: All refunds will be processed within 2-3 days of receiving the products back at our warehouse.

·Refund Method:

  • Prepaid orders will be refunded directly into your account.
  • COD orders will be refunded via NEFT transfer. Please provide your account details for the same.
  • Refunds will be in the way the payment was made (Credit Card/Net-Banking/Cheque).

Receipt of Returned Products:

  • Refunds will be processed once we receive the product in its original nature/condition.
  • The refund process typically takes less than 10 working days. For payments by Cheque, additional time may be needed for delivery and processing.

Specific Conditions:

  • Refunds for specific categories (Wooden, Glass, Plastic, Bamboo, Metal) are subject to the conditions mentioned in the table above.
  • Exchange eligibility and return shipping cost deductions vary based on product prices within each category.

Please note that Deco Design Gallery is not responsible for any delays in credit to the Cardholder's credit card account, as this is managed by the Cardholder's issuing bank.
