At Deco Design Gallery, we aim to ensure a seamless refund process for our customers. Please review the following guidelines regarding refunds, including timelines, refund methods, and specific policies for different product categories.

Gifting Items No return, no exchange. Only for wrong deliveries. No return, no exchange. Only for wrong deliveries.
Ceramic Items No return, no exchange. Only for wrong deliveries. No return, no exchange. Only for wrong deliveries.
Wooden Items Products above 599 can be returned (Excluding return shipping cost). Products above 899 can be exchanged.
Glass Items Products above 699 can be returned (Excluding return shipping cost). Products above 999 can be exchanged.
Plastic Items Products above 299 can be returned (Excluding return shipping cost). Products above 599 can be exchanged.
Bamboo Items Products above 399 can be returned (Excluding return shipping cost). Products above 699 can be exchanged.
Metal Items Products above 599 can be returned (Excluding return shipping cost). Products above 899 can be exchanged.

 

General Refund Process:

  1. Timeline: All refunds will be processed within 2-3 days of receiving the products back at our warehouse.

  2. Refund Method:

    • Prepaid orders will be refunded directly into your account.
    • COD orders will be refunded via NEFT transfer. Please provide your account details for the same.
    • Refunds will be in the way the payment was made (Credit Card/Net-Banking/Cheque).

  3. Receipt of Returned Products:

    • Refunds will be processed once we receive the product in its original nature/condition.
    • The refund process typically takes less than 10 working days. For payments by Cheque, additional time may be needed for delivery and processing.

  4. Specific Conditions:

    • Refunds for specific categories (Wooden, Glass, Plastic, Bamboo, Metal) are subject to the conditions mentioned in the table above.
    • Exchange eligibility and return shipping cost deductions vary based on product prices within each category.

Please note that Deco Design Gallery is not responsible for any delays in credit to the Cardholder's credit card account, as this is managed by the Cardholder's issuing bank.
